No wardrobe, no problem – Boudoir photography without the fuss

We always start the session with a wardrobe consultation and together with the client we select which outfits we will use in the shoot. This lady came in with literally just the underwear she had on and a silk neglige. She told me she didn’t want any really posed shots, just really really natural… I was excited!

When I first started out in boudoir photography I invested in a wonderful collection of props, accessories, corsets etc… but as time has gone on my focus has shifted further and further away from what my clients are wearing and more on just the person I am photographing. I want them to see THEM in the pictures… I am finding it quite liberating!!

I hope you enjoy the images (from Bubbles and Boudoir III)
