Bubbles & Boudoir with Girlfriend Guide to Zurich – October 2012

Back by popular demand, this time with longer shoots, longer make over times, and a great product credit to ensure you have a special momento to take home with you!

Your questions answered…

Just how scary is it?
Not in the slightest! I think I’m probably the least intimidating person ever! It’s my job to relax you and help you enjoy the shoot. My clients are regular women with hang ups, insecurities and confidence issues (like most of us!) It’s working with real women that makes me love what I do. I aim to show you the best version of you and have lots of fun in the process.

What do the images look like? What kind of setting is it?
A few of the ladies who took part in the February taster sessions have kindly shared their images – check them out HERE

So why do all the women on your site look like models?
I don’t really like showing before and after images and I think they are a bit patronising. What I can say, is that all my clients are regular women  – REALLY!

Alexandra and I work to bring out the very best in our clients. Sexy confidence is our speciality! We believe everyone can look and feel fabulous.
How does the Bubbles & Boudoir event work:

You can make a booking selecting one of these three options:

1. Book as a group of friends – we recommend groups are no larger than 4, 5 at a push. 3 is perfect!

2. Book on your own but ask to join a group – many of the participants at our previous event did this and made lasting friendships

3. Book a private session. When this happens, you will have your make up done whilst someone else is in having their photography session, and the schedule will continue to roll in this fashion.

Prior to the session:

You will be sent a comprehensive guide about how to prepare for the event, what to bring and what to expect.

At the session:

We will kick off with prosecco and lovely nibbles in the Presidential Suite! Then introduce ourselves and have a brief talk about boudoir photography.

Then I will help select outfits whilst the first lady starts her make up.

The photography session takes place in the private bedroom of the presidential suite. Just you and I.

What can I purchase with my product credit?

The product range and pricing is available here

You are able to get one 7”x5” / 178mm x 127mm image in 10” x 8” / 254mm x 203mm frame with your credit or use the credit towards a different product, especially useful if you want to purchase a collection of images as prints or on disk.

All products have been discounted from regular pricing.

How does the price compare to a full length shoot?

The investment for a full length boudoir shoot is as follows:

2 hour , private / individual weekend shoot – CHF400

Product credit included – CHF150

Make up artist – CHF110 per hour (usually 2 hours are booked for a full length shoot, sometimes 3 hours if you would like retouching or a different look part way through the shoot)

Hotel booking: CHF250-500

(Plus all products have been discounted for the Bubbles & Boudoir event so there are even bigger savings!)

Do I need a full length, private session or is the event shoot enough?

If it is your first boudoir session and you just want to try out the experience then I would recommend going for the Bubbles and Boudoir event as it is great value.

If you have some specific styling ideas that will require a styling consultation and pre planning with myself or the make up artist then a full length shoot is required. Also if you would like a full length album or are particularly interested in featuring a multitude of outfits, then a full length shoot is a better idea.

How many images can I expect to see at my viewing after the bubbles and boudoir event?

I will ensure you have no fewer than 10 images to view. Some ladies may have more. I would rather show quality than quantity! I will select and retouch the best images from your session. (To compare, a full length, 2 hour shoot guarantees a minimum of 25 images and most women purchase 10 -12 individual images or an album of 15 – 20 images)

Who does the make up and what is included?
Your make up session will be done by Alexandra Hall Ebener, founder of GLO Cosmetics who specializes in airbrush spray tanning and professional makeup, and offers you the latest trends and techniques in these areas. Alexandra is a UK trained specialist in airbrush spray tan, Xtreme Lashes™ and trained in professional make up at the prestigious Academy of Freelance Makeup in London.

For the Bubbles & Boudoir event you would have an initial discussion with Alexandra regarding the look you would like to achieve in combination with the outfit and accessories you choose for the photography shoot. Alexandra will then cleanse and prepare your skin and apply full make up using highlight and contouring techniques – bringing out the best in you! To add some more glamour to the look you also have the option to have false eyelashes applied (additional CHF 20), which really bring out the eyes and look amazing in the photos.
